  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days. Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We provide free standard shipping on orders over ₹700. This offer may change based on promotions or seasonal deals.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date. While we strive to deliver orders within the stated timelines, factors beyond our control—such as extreme weather, courier delays, or local restrictions—may affect delivery schedules.

5. International Shipping

At present, SoleRush ships only within India. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon. Please check back for updates.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your shipment. For any tracking-related questions, contact our support team at support@solerush.com.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Shipping Fee Refunds

Shipping charges will only be refunded if an order is not delivered due to an error on our part or the carrier’s fault. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
