Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please follow the instructions below so we can resolve your request as quickly as possible.

SoleRush gladly accepts returns for products purchased through solerush.com under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn condition and received within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. SoleRush reserves the right to refuse any worn, used, or damaged items.

  • Packaging: Please ensure that the original tag remains attached to the product. Pack the merchandise in its original packaging or a suitable carton to prevent damage during transit.

Situations for Return or Refund

  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from your order, email us at info@solerush.com. We will arrange a pickup and either send the correct item or issue a full refund.

  • Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@solerush.com. We will arrange a pickup and replace the product or refund your payment.

  • Size or Fit Issues: If the shoes don’t fit, email us at info@solerush.com. We will pick up the item and exchange it for the correct size. If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • Change of Mind: If you simply wish to return a product for any reason, email us at info@solerush.com and we will process your return.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure it is unworn and intact. Final discretion for accepting returns rests with SoleRush Private Limited.
